Returns
Decorating your home is already a little stressful, and sometimes an item that you order doesn’t match the home decor theme you’re going for. We want to help get rid of some of that stress by offering an easy to use and understand Return Policy. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of purchase and return your item(s) within 30 days for a refund.

Refund Options
You can choose between in store credit or a return to your original payment. If you live in Southern Utah, you can return the items directly to us. If you live outside of Southern Utah, just pay shipping costs. No need to rush the delivery. As long as you post the tracking number within the 30-day time frame, the return will qualify.

Once the item(s) have been returned in their original quality, we will issue the refund. Processing times depend on the original payment method and your card/bank.

Unfortunately, there are a few items that can’t be returned:

Clearance or on sale items (unless they are damaged or defective of course)
Any custom or personalized items
Bundled items, unless the entire bundle is returned
Any item marked “Non-Returnable”
